impossible jobs

for companies

the people your company will need in ten years are not in your plan yet.

every company has a picture of its future. new markets, new products, new technology, a strategy that points a decade ahead. almost none of them has a picture of the people who will live in that future: what they will do all day, what they will need to know, what will make them stay.

the gap

technology is planned in years. people are planned in quarters. somewhere between the two, a gap opens: the organisation keeps hiring for the company it was, while the company it is becoming waits for people nobody has started looking for.

that gap is quiet for a long time. then it becomes the most expensive problem in the building.

where we come in

we spend our days in the future of work. we write the jobs that don't exist yet, and we study the people who will one day do them. with a company, we bring that perspective inside: we look at where you are heading, imagine the organisation that lives there, and help you see, early and clearly, what its people will need.

future-proof, for us, means one thing: knowing your human needs before the future announces them. everything else follows from that.

who we work with

a small number of companies at a time. the ones that are courageous enough to look, ambitious enough to act, and curious enough to start the conversation before they have the question fully formed.

open to an introductory conversation? send us an email.

no deck, no form, no commitment. tell us who you are and the question your company is facing. we reply to every message from a company that means it, usually within two working days.
